This establishment has some of the best people working it! Everyone is always friendly, they are always patient and I always leave happy! There are always tons of deli selections matched to deals that are unique! I have been coming here for nearly a year now and usually I know what I want. This place has turned me on to three products that have become favorites and they keep my favorites stocked!

The vibe, deals and QUALITY of flower is really hard to match! Saturday is the day to come too! Definitely check this place out. You will walk out feeling like you got a steal! See you all next Saturday!

Autumn has been my budtender a few times and she is good at what she does. Knowledgeable and friendly. There are a few others that deserve a shout out too but I do not remember their names! Good team at this place. Definitely hard to beat the deals! Warm welcome from reception every time too, an often overlooked quality!

I have tried multiple strains across all shelves. The shake smokes pretty good too if you are in a pinch. The MSG and White Truffles, especially the former, were both fire. There are a handful of dispensaries in Detroit that offer a unique experience and has a variety that isn't the same as all the others, and KOB is one of them. Update: Their customer service is amazing. I had an issue with a product I bought but didn't notice until a few days had passed. My sealed PR was more than half way gone and when I brought it to their attention they replaced it for me. Between Madison and Valerie being so helpful and Chris for having such a quick response I know I can come in here and get what I need and leave happy knowing that they care and treat their patients wonderfully and back the products they have, right down to a pre roll. I usually wait for the waiting period to post my next review experience but people need to know about this experience. Which as stated above, makes them UNIQUE!

Staff is very friendly and they have a ton of flower to choose from. Worth the drive for sure. Was told that I'd be very happy with local grove. Fire. Will be back for sure to try more!

It has been so long since I've been here as you have been delivering my orders. Everything is clean, spaced out, shields up, etc. The GG4 is really good as I needed something different because my strain of shake was sold out. Good recommendation as always! Got some pre rolls and some gg5 shake. The shake is really good, and of the PR's I have tried so far are the pineapple trainwreck and sunshine#4. Very tasty and fire. Big thanks to Kholoud for delivering my order! Despite them being short on drivers, the wait time was not bad at all and I was given a pre roll of a different strain I hadn't yet tried. There are a lot of dispos in the area that have a lot to offer. This one by far has been the best. Have a good weekend everyone!

Been a while since I've been up there but everything that I have received has always been correct, even sometimes with a few extra goodies, delivered fast, and the flower is always good. A lot of choices and never had bad shake from them. Always does the trick. Good variety of that as well. Always friendly!

Everyone I interacted with was very nice and they had answers to all my questions. Was in and out in under an hour and they have it set up to keep people 6 feet apart. Bianca and Kholoud have always been super friendly and patient when I can't make a decision as to what I want. Very little to no wait time. Wide selection of flower. Carts too although their menu does not have all their offerings listed. Security always friendly with a greeting at the door as well as smiles from reception. Thank you for the hookup on the firestick last week too, can not wait to return!

Came in not that long ago and got some flower. I love the jars! With the exception of the pre packaged jars you don't see that often, very unique! Got a PR of a strain to try next time. Headed to check this spot out because I heard they had good buds. The GG5 is really good and got some L.A. Kush shake at a good price. I am leaving this review because for shake, it is phenomenal. Potent, no stems. Did not catch my budtenders name but she was very helpful and friendly. The place is very easy to find. Parking can be tight when at capacity but not a biggie. Will definetly be returning. New patient tarantula thingy was a nice kick too. Mine did not taste "shakey" like some have mentioned.

Pretty neat set up they had for grand opening. Good music, nice to meet the vendors. Parking is easy. Staff from security to the bud room is all smiles. They have a lot to choose from no matter what product you are looking for. My dank box was cool but it was missing the goddie bag and pain patch. No big deal as there were plenty of cool swag items to get. The flower is pricey...but is good looking. Nice buds, there was only one strain I did not like out of their many jars. Carts, they have them all. The kushy punch gummies are new to me, but also an item in the dank box. Wax, wow. Humblebee I think? Fire. Thank you Angel for being a cool budtender. Glad H.O.D is closer to me now.

Easy to find, plenty of parking. The environment is welcoming and do not worry about asking questions. They will answer them. Those new P.V are on point. The flower looked amazing and that is what I could just see from the jars. They have a variety of pretty much anything and for anyone looking, they still have Claw's Blueberry yum yum. Thank you for an awesome first time visit and reassurance of patient satisfaction! UPDATE TWO WEEKS LATER: Went in to check out their flower. Every strain I saw was breathtaking. The buds are perfect. Seeing them up close with a magnifying glass lets you know what you are getting. The manager waited on me both times and I thank you as well as the guy working with you today (9/20- afternoon) as you both answered all of my questions about the different brands. Awesome second visit and I am glad you liked my feedback!
