I waited in line for of an hour which is bizarre, when I got to the front I realized why the line moved so slow because they weigh everything out for you at the counter. Your line would move 90x faster if you had everything organized already. Other than that the eighth I bought hardly had nugs and was loaded with stems. However the pre rolled joints I purchased were all amazing. Smoked perfectly until the end of them.

I had an iffy experience with the bud I purchased however I went back and they helped me out. It’s just a weird vibe, the people working don’t seem interested in helping you whatsoever and it just feels like a rushed experience rather than a fun experience. Especially if it’s you’re very first time in a dispensary the environment here is a little off putting. Berkshire Roots is the place for a great experience 👌🏼

Staff was friendly and helpful, I got a few different kinds of bud however the all look, smell, and taste identical which has me feeling iffy about it. Doesn’t even smell or taste like good bud but it definitely is good and gets me nice and high.
