They didn’t pack two items that was apart of my order and then when I called them to try and have it resolved, he explained that I have to make a purchase and order something else for him to be able to be able to give it to me. Basically i’d have to purchase another item to get an item that I should’ve already got. That doesn’t seem fair to me. I Was very respectful about it but in return I got impatient and rude response in return. The conversation initially started through text where instead of answering my question I got responses that didn’t answer the question. When I try to call from my number no one answered. When I called from a different number someone answered immediately. Shameful because I was a customer here but now I have a reason to never order again. That also wouldn’t be the first time my bag was packed wrong either. At times I feel they throw anything in there, and hope that it’s a good substitute for what you actually ordered, in this case it was not.
