i didnt recieve my prize

I asked how this worked, never got to spin mor recieved anything for this, and the driver told me he had no idea what I was talking about when I asked about it. Its only a cent, so its not the end of the world. But if nothing is genuinely being offered and it cant even be explained to me what the point of adding it was, then it isnt actually worth that one cent :/
