Just moved here from Tucson and was trying out different dispensary’s to see which one fit my taste and need. Stumbled into ponderosas door and was delighted to see the quality and prices of their flower, not to mention the friendly customer service. Safe to say this will be my go to dispensary from now on

They Have the best deal on concentrates by a slim price difference. But It doesn’t make up for the lack of service they provide. The cashier overcharged me $40. Upon going back to correct THEIR mistake I asked if I would be getting something on the house for their negligence & got a weird look.(I guess when they mess up people don’t ask to be compensated for the time/gas wasted) What they offered me for almost overcharging me & getting away with it was a free pre-roll lol ur pre-rolls are $7 ur grams are $7.50 does anyone even buy the pre-rolls or does the staff just end up with them when they get old? On top of that he was unfamiliar with the products. only recommendation he provided me is “get the ones with the highest THC content” when asked “which ones have a high terpene content”(I thought all dispensary’s tested for mold, potency, terps,& CBD) I guess not here. Tremendously disappointed with the lack of management skills and unprofessionalism displayed yesterday.

Would be my number 1 dispensary if I didn’t live so far! Definitely worth visiting . Excellent customer service. 5 Stars all around
