I should have known it, if you give great service along with having a great product and price, eventually you run out of parking. Don't know what you can do about it, but it was the only thing I could come up with to complain about.

I've been reading some of the reviews and I have come to the conclusion that there are some people that are not happy if they don't complain about something. I have been coming to Essence for at least 1 1/2 years. Perhaps I'm just lucky, but I come here 2-3 time's a month and I have never been treated with anything but care and politeness. I went to your store on 4/10/18 to get your deal for the DGE vape cartridge ( buy 1 get one for a 1$ ) , I was told that the deal was only on the disposable pen. While they are not my favorite,for the deal price I felt it was a good deal. I was pleasantly surprised and when I saw the same deal on 4/24 I decided to again take advantage of it. This morning when I arrived at your shop and asked for the same deal I was informed that now the disposable weren't on sale and the only one's on sale were the 1 to 1 THC/CBD cartridge. In the past I have no relief from these so I bought nothing today. I hope that in the future you can be a little more accurate stating what it is that's on sale, in so doing, saving your customers some time and less aggravation.

Before recreational was allowed you always had INCREDIBLE candy bars with 500mg. of THC for approximately 38$ (great deal). Sadly now the strongest you have is 100mg. for approximately 30$. Is there anyway that you could have a small amount of the 500mg. bars strictly for Medicinal patients? Thanks for considering this, even with this problem you are still my favorite dispensary.

Best place in town no question,only problem is that too many people are realizing it. Resulting in a slight delay in getting in the back, however once you get there it's well worth the wait.
