Terrible service. Rosin that is almost 2 years old on the shelf; bud tenders defend how old the product is when it’s not even being refrigerated. Terrible phone issues, their line constantly cuts out while trying to find a solution. No solution offered, refunded my money after I drove back and forth an hour. Avoid at all costs. Terrible dispensary. There is a reason they are doing 40% off their store. Everything is old and gross.

One bud tender on a Friday is just a tiny bit questionable, had a wait that felt like going to a dispo on 4/20, yet there was only 2 people before me. Beyond that, clean establishment that carries the usual concentrates, however, their flower is a lot better looking than anything I find in Lansing shops. Also the concentrate they carry in their “Reinfery” lids contain some fire. The refinery-branded pucks are what make this place special. Nice little stop in kzoo

My girlfriend and I drove a little over 200 miles to come here, and we were impressed to say the least. Extremely clean storefront, comfortable patient waiting area. Marvin hooked us up with deals galore, and the rest of the staff there was rather vibrant as well, engaging in friendly conversation while my man Marvin got the super clean, affordable slabs from the back. With small details like the matches included in the free pre-roll tin, and the connect 4 in the waiting area, Dispo is what’s up.
