Terrible service. Rosin that is almost 2 years old on the shelf; bud tenders defend how old the product is when it’s not even being refrigerated. Terrible phone issues, their line constantly cuts out while trying to find a solution. No solution offered, refunded my money after I drove back and forth an hour. Avoid at all costs. Terrible dispensary. There is a reason they are doing 40% off their store. Everything is old and gross.

Dont bring up price matching!

all three times I’ve been here has been a complete disgrace. I’m waste of time, energy, and money by going here. I was given the wrong order, and when I showed up to get what I actually paid for it was an issue like it was my fault that I was given Nothing I ordered. And I didn’t even receive what I initially ordered. They gave me my money back And did not even try to give me my order that I paid for. If you go in there and mention price matching youll be treated poorly which is wrong I have original documents if needed to validate everything I’m saying

Had a really bad experience today with budtender #82494 on reg 3 at about 12:30-1pm. First I asked about east side, he informed me they didn’t have that, showed me some very low quality stuff instead, and I picked out two, I asked about lost farms, informed that good tide was far superior. Smh 🤦🏼‍♀️ found out otherwise on both of those things. I had to say a few times that I can literally see east side right here. Then the 2nd item I picked two of he told me it wasn’t supposed to be there in that bin and he can’t sell that to me smh 🤦🏼‍♀️ so after spending almost 100, I give him my ticket for my goodie bag and he informed me that he didn’t have anything to give me, said I could use my points to get “free” stuff instead. I had to complain at the front desk to get my goody bag. Pretty terrible service.

I recently shopped here Saturday.I was not satisfied at all .This was my first time in Gabsty.I brought in the coupons that were sent out and came in the mail a black flyer that had multiple coupons on the flyer 420 and I decided to use the coupon for the first time visit spend $50 and receive $50 free in product. I was lost as to why I had to pick out of the 420 bins that were already 40% off for my $50 in free product and still was given the product at the original price when it was supposed to be 40% off. (First thing I noticed) (Second)...I wrote down what I wanted on a note pad cause it was my first time in there and I was told I must've looked on the other city site smh .When clearly I clicked on the Battle Creek location. And I was told they were not giving out any goody bag. I was told I would get a goody bag and a free pre roll. My main issue is have a budtender that doesn't mind answering questions and is knowledgeable instead of saying idk or I just work here.
