I will never order from this place again number one the long wait time and when asked about it it’s always a long excuse then wait over three hours for bud that hasn’t even finished growing then whoever was on the phone clearly thought that little 25% discount was enough it wasn’t

I already like this dispensary and I haven’t even received my order yet the fact that you called and let me know what was going on with my order and that my strain wasn’t available but you gave me something equal to it and not just cancel the order hope the strain is as good as your customer service you’ll have a customer for life

As of today yall have just lost my business due to a rude staff member 3years and management found it funny prices are too high I would rather go somewhere else and not deal with this type of treatment just remember I as a customer help pay your bills this needs to be addressed if you value my business as of this morning I don't think you do

This used to be my go to place until new management came in an raised Prices on certain products that he assured me and others he wouldn't this place don't value customer service definitely has lost my business
