Wow a horrible experience tonight I drove home crying & shaking from customer service of the male manager. I’ve been here once 2mon ago when they didn’t have the 1st time 30% off deal. I was told over the phone twice it was ok to use the next time I come in since they didn’t have the deal when they 1st opened 3 months ago shop is extremely new It’s only fair I get 30% also. I order on WM & it says to present the code at the checkout. Adrianna was checking me out for 6 coldfire carts she was nothing but amazing!Extremely helpful , kind & apologetic the manager came over to enter code in the system when he looks at me & my mom w/ disgust & says well you’ve already been here. I explained what I was told & that I paid full price then. I have fibromyalgia & cancer my mom has CRPS painful to drive instead of 6 we left w/ 2 full price. Why be so difficult?He made us stand & wait past closing time in so much pain to end up giving us nothing off no discount. I Was crying in pain whole ride home

Spicy fermented Garlic & diesel definitely get spicy sharp garlic almost tasting hops/beer tasty cart I just wish it was fermented garlic & diesel I don’t care much for spicy 🌶️ carts but the gmo garlic makes up for it . Loving the funky drops lately I’m not much of a fruity fan

2nd time coming here and they are missing an entire coldfire out of my order everytime I pre order 4 I get there & 3 is in the bag! Ridiculous service they don’t apologize or let alone give you a email or call saying inventory is off & a item is missing first time this happened they threw a completely different strain in my bag & tried to charge me for it like I wouldn’t notice I didn’t have all 4 of the same strain . Extremely shady behavior budtenders are not friendly very rude & the front desk guy was horribly rude had a crap attitude & left people outside while he ignored us wouldn’t open door until someone left then it unlocked & we walked through the door they left out of when we did get inside he told people to hurry up. My friend also had the same issue of an item missing. Get it together! Such a hassle & not fun experience they should treat people better I have cancer & im disabled & use this for medication .
