I purchased a cartridge of a brand I’ve gotten from constantly and this one tasted so off from the description in the menu. (Only took one drag) It was so strongly gross it made me nauseous. For some reason it was uncharacteristically BAD. So I called and asked to speak to a manager as I’ve been a medical patient of theirs for two years now, and she was so kind and quick to help me out! I really appreciate a dispensary that cares about its patients and strives to help them, realizing this isn’t just recreation for everyone. Thank you Botanica and thank you Zoey! ❤️

As someone who’s been smoking weed for nearly a decade and has been to a million dispensaries in many states across the country, I am just baffled at how quickly earths healing north started to cater more to rec than medical. They have no separation or prioritization when it comes to medical and that in itself defeats the purpose of even going through the process of getting a medicinal card. Really disappointed in the drop in quality of service. Good luck!

Okay so first I didn’t always have an issue with this dispensary, however over the last year that I’ve lived here they have upped their prices and dropped certain offers and they constantly have dry bud anymore. I received an 8th of bud yesterday that was packaged back in September and it fell apart at the touch it was so dry. For the money to be the same as another dispensary that has sticky bud, it’s just not worth it. Love their RSO here but done buying flower. Such a shame, you also can order ahead and STILL wait in a line for a half hour before being taken. It’s ridiculous because every other dispensary has some kind of system like bee line or online ordering for pick up. Just disappointed and let down.
