Born and raised in the city, steady smoking for several decades. Nature Care West Loop is simply the best dispensary in Chicago. Best location. Best menu. Best bud-tenders. Decent deals. Nature Care is a quick walk from the loop, and in the hippest neighborhood in the city. The menu is always stocked with my preferred brands and strains. With online pre-orders, I am usually in and out in less than 5 minutes. And they take debit. I just love it. Just recently I was there stocking up, and - due to no fault of their own, the computer system was running slow, and my checkout process took *slightly* longer than usual - the budtender was nice enough to give me a complimentary pre-roll and 10% discount on my order for my troubles. Completely not necessary, but oh-so-appreciated. It’s customer service like that, is why I’ll keep coming back.

Took a drive from the big city to get some sweet MI savings and came to this spot. I knew I was in the right place when I came to a PACKED waiting room fairly early on a saturday. though crowded, my wait was reasonable and I was called into the “bud-room”. I was loading up for the winter and was shown a nice array of different options. big, beautiful, nicely trimmed buds. no leafy meager sticks here, that’s for sure. I picked out a small handful of half ounces, and a couple vapes. I saved a good 40% over what I pay back home in the city. well worth the drive and the gas. staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here if you’re in the area.

On balance, the state of Michigan has some of the very best dispensaries in the US. JARS, on a whole, is a good dispensary; but it nowhere near lives up to some of its Michigan brethren. I picked up a large quantity of decent (B+) bud at a VERY good price (compared to Chicago, the prices at JARS are a steal!) The bud isn't high top tier, but I understand that a dispensary's particular supply is often dependent upon the distributors, so thats understandable. What I did not enjoy about JARS was the seemingly lack of organization. The check in process is weird. An employee checks you in, and tell you to wait - but it the responsibility of the customers waiting to figure out who goes when. Seems like there is a very easy solution to this, that takes the burden of organizing a waiting room off the customer. Lastly, its ATM only - but theres a $200 limit on the ATM; wtf?! At least give us a heads-up when a customer orders more than $200.
