Born and raised in the city, steady smoking for several decades. Nature Care West Loop is simply the best dispensary in Chicago. Best location. Best menu. Best bud-tenders. Decent deals. Nature Care is a quick walk from the loop, and in the hippest neighborhood in the city. The menu is always stocked with my preferred brands and strains. With online pre-orders, I am usually in and out in less than 5 minutes. And they take debit. I just love it. Just recently I was there stocking up, and - due to no fault of their own, the computer system was running slow, and my checkout process took *slightly* longer than usual - the budtender was nice enough to give me a complimentary pre-roll and 10% discount on my order for my troubles. Completely not necessary, but oh-so-appreciated. It’s customer service like that, is why I’ll keep coming back.

Love there products! This was my first time going to this dispensary and it was truly and experience! Safe, professional and friendly. I didn't know I could pre-order my bud and almost got bummed out thinking I had to go back home to place my order however, I was so pleased to see that I was able to place my order right there in the store on an ipad AND they have something called REWARD POINTS!! I love this concept and cant wait to redeem my points eventually. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. I loved the music -I will totally be a loyal customer to this place!!

Quick, efficient and affordable

This was one of the best dispensary experiences I’ve had in Chicago. I placed my order online and once I got there, there was no line, no waiting, and my purchases were fully ready when I got there. For Chicago, these are the best prices Ive seen for what I got (cartridges). To top it all off, all the employees, even the person checking IDs at the front, were extremely friendly. I will definitely be back!

update: The Assistant Manager here reached out to me, and explained the misunderstanding. I do think they genuinely care and worked to correct my issue, which I now do believe was a honest mistake due to being a new business. Nice place and they do seem to have great products always on their menu, great location, easy parking right in front or right around corner. Great cookie/bakery shop next door so another reason to go to this place. The people at checkout have always been cool and friendly, seem knowledgeable. Give them a shot. Liked this place my first couple trips, however they recently sold me a defective vape pen, I filled out their forms, sent them the necessary video, no response. Ended up emailing the manufacturer and they got back to me in less than 2 hours saying they contacted the dispensary and took care of it. Went in to get my replacement, was met with difficulty from employee who wouldn’t listen, she kept stating loudly “we don’t do exchanges here, we don’t do exchanges or returns here”. Finally she realized that im telling her I have a email from manufacture she finally understood.
