Have always loved Uptown Wellness but today they went above and beyond and helped with with a curbside order bcuz I was unable to go inside. My card needed to be updated and the young lady even came to me to retrieve it and get everything up to date!!! Stellar customer service!!! Id leave 10 stars if I could!!!

Booked my appt for same day. The process was effortless. The Dr was very kind and FAST! Had my recommendation email letter within a couple hours. As a second renewal for myself and someone who has assisted with the recommendation process; this was TRULY the easiest and MOST affordable process I've worked with.

Generally, I've enjoyed this establishment and have gone out of my way to come here and tell others. Today I traveled 20 miles to take part in the $100 oz sale. We come every couple weeks and always buy an oz of premium shelf strains broken down in quarters so we may enjoy multiple strains in between visits as well as purchase bulk hash rosin. We were greeted and told about today's sale by a young lady stating all OZ $100 which we acknowledged was why we came. After making all selections then proceeded to checkout, we were given a total of $280. When asked why the young man told us that we could not combine our quarters even tho amongst the same tier anyways regardless of the fact we have always done it this way. We stated that nowhere in any add or had they mentioned that during our selection process. We declined to make the purchase of flower. We did purchase our hash rosin selection as those prices were honored. I'm disappointed to find that this is how patients get treated. *****

Stopped in on my drive home to Tulsa from Eureka and couldn't be happier I did. Jen & Steven are amazing. Truly a medicinal, patient first environment with an amazing selection of medicinal quality brands. A must stop if you are ever in the area - Don't miss your Flight!

No glitz and glam here BUT NONE needed! The aura and energy of the staff make it shine! I made my first pickup order thru wm yesterday and chose them bcuz they had specific product I wanted in the area I'm in. Well, it was apparently the first one they'd ever received! When I approached the counter they greeted me by name and told me to come on back. It was more like going over to an old friends! We joked and laughed. Noah really knows his stuff. When I told him of my medical condition he was right on point with his recommendations and he even pointed me in the direction of something new to try! Told me about upcoming deals amd that they're doing everything they can to bring down prices for patients! Also you get a punch card, every full card you get a free G! Incentives and kickbacks are always awesome! Shows your customer loyalty is appreciated 💜 As a customer engagement manager for a large retail store this experience was EVERYTHING to me! I will be back time and time again.
