We are a medical marijuana recommendation TELEHEALTH provider. We offer an extremely affordable price at $25 per appointment. It is a really easy process conducted completely online via a secure video chat from the comfort of your home. The recommendation is issued by a licensed Oklahoma physician. The appointment lasts only about 5-10 minutes and the customers will receive their signed recommendation letter immediately after their appointment. The only requirement we have is that the patient have a valid identification (this can be a license, ID, tribal ID, or passport). Patients can then use their recommendation form to file with the OMMA online and receive their medical marijuana card. We also offer filing assistance for $15.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:
1.Schedule your appointment with one of our Physicians to receive your recommendation letter.
-Visit our website at and select Oklahoma.
-Input your information into the application, upload your valid state issued ID or Driver's License (does not need to be Oklahoma), tribal ID, or passport.
-You can then select the appointment date and time that works best for you.
-After choosing "book now", you will be brought to the payment page and will need to submit payment.
-All Set! You will receive an email from the MD at the time of your appointment with instructions for accessing the video chat. Please note, there is no in-office visit required. The appointment is completed via video chat over your phone and/or computer. You will receive your recommendation letter via email shortly after your appointment.
2.Go to the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) website to submit your application online. The online application form must be completed within 30 days of the physician’s signature on the Recommendation Form, so it is important that you complete this step in a timely manner.
3.Pay the fee and submit your application to OMMA
The standard application fee is $100, though if you have proof of Medicaid (SoonerCare) or Medicare enrollment, the state reduces that cost to $20. Once you have paid the fee, you can complete and submit your Oklahoma medical card application to OMMA.
How long will it take to get a response to your application?
Regardless of whether you’re approved or denied for a medical marijuana card, you should expect a response from the state of Oklahoma within 2 weeks of your application date.
If you qualify for an MMJ card, the state says your card will be mailed within 14 days of notification. The card is valid for two years, unless it’s revoked by the OMMA.
