I really appreciate how fast the ability to accommodate preorders came about which begs the question why not sooner? Also would appreciate more information on products online not just flower. When your paying full price one would love to know exactly what they are going to get. PSA for those upset about the discounts being gone both Frederick dispensary’s are still offering their discounts. And in Olney they are offering 15% off any order. Every single place has had to conform to pickup order ahead only not just our local dispensary here in town. Seems like they know in Washington county they have the market cornered pay what we’re asking or drive 30+ miles to get a lil cheaper. I’m grateful but frustrated at the same time. I’m happy to see that security is now on location to protect our hard working bud-tenders and it upsets me that perhaps the money they could have extended in savings is likely for security because someone didn’t know how to be civil!

The staff is friendly and the place is clean and the variety of products is pretty good. I know it’s better when things are organized in weed maps so all patients can see what is available&best for them so they have an idea of what they want so the line can move along helping everyone get there medicines in a timely manner. If the information is there it takes up less of everybody’s time. Update: since my recent trip into MHWC I spoke to JW about the weedmaps situation rest assured he is working on more then system to accommodate live as well as being able to place our orders online for easy and quick pick up. These things take time and products are in constant rotation. The rewards system is the best I’ve seen by far. The only comparison would be all the way in Gaithersburg @sweetspot. GLeaf if your reading this loyal customers are relying on you to play nice and work together for the sake of us! The patient.

So many reasons to love this dispensary! Their menu always has the details. If there are any questions you can call first if your traveling any distance before making the drive. Always helpful from the front door, desk and when you meet with your bud-tender.See something you like but worry it won’t be there when you are?? They will even gladly hold your medicine for 48 hours. I just learned this today and wanted to let others know having to drive longer then 30 minutes these are just some of the things I love about Kannivas. My only regret is not being able to take advantage of the great sale they have this weekend where all of their CBD products are. A big thank you to Sabrina and Jordan both very kind and informative.

Stopped in about a week again purchased flower and concentrate. The flower was a lot more dry then I would like to have thankfully; I know how to fix that but shouldn’t have to. I’m sure this is a difficult thing to deal with. They do however have disposable moisture packets to help. If only they were inside I could have used that product sooner. The concentrate made up for it very tasty and bye bye pain. Overall for the price paid the service and products together make up for dry flower. Happy customer here. This is the 5th dispensary In Maryland I have visited. Ranks in my top three go to spots for future needs.

Service is great and product is great. The Mary medicinal line of products they carry are great for people who suffer from chronic degenerative diseases. This way you can combine products to keep pain level down over longer periods of time. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Always have loved the one on one conversation about what is best to combat this constant chronic pain that changes in severity from day to day is hard to treat. I appreciate all of you who helped me yesterday by taking the time to share your knowledge of this wonderful plant. Bless you all for what you do to help others!

First time at any dispensaries been watching everyone’s review on WM app. Thank you all for giving feedback on where not to go. Felt very safe thanks to the guys at the door. Didn’t get the name of the sweet young lady you check in with but wanted to mention how kind and welcoming everyone on the staff was.
