went to get my order n made a mistake tryd to resolve it only to get negative results on my 2 prerolls n 8th natalie was worst bartender everrrr.........!!!! might go somewhere else to not be treated rude

ftp deal was awesome but forgot paitent rewards card In med bag n threw it away . but I called today n was met was a helpful lady that I forgot her name lol.. but she talked to manager n got me token care of.. thank u ponderosa u guys are the best........

qas on point was short 2 bucks to fulfill my order n the bartender pulled 2 bucks from his top jar n help a brother in the struggle . with bomb deals n flowet was happy when I left but was even happier wen I tasted the buds n it was fireeeeeeeer
