Stole a gram of distillate from me.
This place has my membership and had my loyalty for years. I left there today and I will never go back. They raised their prices for ounces from $100 to $160 and I bought some stuff and the gram of distillate was missing. When I called them, they told me it was my fault because I stressed them out because I was upset about the price hike. They won't give me the distillate I paid for. I have file criminal charges with the MMED.

Substandard products - TANE SOUP
This used to be a great little dispensary, but, they got a new manager and he is not nice. They sold me a really bad product and wouldn't replace it. The manager then said he would, but, then he said really inappropriate things to me that were about his sex life with his wife. I told him he was being disrespectful. He hung up. I called back and he called me names and cursed at me.

Denver, ColoradoMa’am, I would like to take a moment and address your review as I feel that you have left out a lot of details... There is no new manager, I am the owner of Green Cross of Cherry Creek, as I have been since I opened this business almost a decade ago. The product which you purchased was a high-terpene shatter, which tends to butter up, or even melt with changes in temperature; this happened with the last few grams we had left, which is why we were selling them at $15, which is half-off its regular price. There was at least one sample out on display, which showed that it was melted, and we inform customers of any issues with a product being sold like that. That being said, never in our entire time of doing business, have we not taken care of anyone who had an issue with a product that we carry. What you fail to share in your review, is that your interaction with us over this matter began with you berating, and verbally abusing, one of my budtenders. She was quite literally in tears when she finally had enough, and handed the phone to me. At which point, I did offer to replace the gram of shatter with something else. There was no issue with that at all. We could have left it at that, but you continued with your demands, along with insulting myself, and my employee. Across several other phone calls, I might add. Phone calls that you recorded, without consent, and then posted online, which is another thing that you neglected to mention in your review. While you are within your rights to do so, I feel that we could have resolved things without such antagonism. It seems to me that our interaction went sideways when, frustrated from being yelled at by you, I said “Listen, lady…” at which point you began to call me a misogynist, telling me that I hate women, that I have no respect for women, and so on along those lines. Nothing could be farther from the truth; English is not my first language, and occasionally certain nuances escape me. In my native tongue, it is a perfectly normal term to use in conversation, for which there is also a male equivalent, and it implies no disrespect whatsoever. As much as I don’t even want to dignify your comment about my wife: All I said, after you yet again accused me of misogyny, and hating women, was that no, I don’t hate women and, in fact, I have a wife who I love dearly, and with whom I go to bed every night. If you read something sexual, and inappropriate in that statement, then I suppose that’s on you. What I WILL apologize for, is for finally losing my cool. Yes, in the heat of the moment, after all of this went on, and on, I did let my frustration get the better of me, which led to a few profanities on my part. For that, I am sorry. I was wrong to let it get to that level and could have handled myself better. But what I will not apologize for, is standing behind my word to take care of an issue. I will also not apologize for being upset at your treatment of my employee, whom you drove to tears… Your yelling at her was just as wrong as my profanity at the end of our interaction. This was a simple matter, which I had already committed to taking care of for you. But instead, you chose to continue to berate us, as well as attack me personally. That is why your comments, concerning my supposed hatred for women, pushed me to the point where I finally snapped. I’m sorry that this is where we ended up, and I wish you all the best. Regards, Green Cross of Cherry Creek

Excellent flower - grown and cured properly
This is a new dispensary and they're offering some compelling deals for their opening, which is why I made the trip to Montbello. They had a lot of strains and the flower is high quality. It is pre-packaged and I did get more popcorn nugs than I would like. However, the flower is high in THC and it's been properly grown and cured, which is very important to me. The staff was very nice as well. One other issue I have is that you have to show your receipt to receive your product. While that's fine when they're not busy, when they get busier, it won't be fun to stand in line twice.

Very impressive and professional....
Pure is for the cannabis consumer who isn't impressed by the hipster, blaring music, unkempt budtender dispensary scene. It is a very professional environment and quality across the board. If you like BHO products, Pure is not the place for you, as they do not carry BHO extracted concentrates or edibles infused with BHO concentrates. They have their own line of edibles, mostly baked goods, so you won't find a ton of different edible brands here. What you will find is a large selection of seriously high quality, lab tested, beautiful flowers given to you in clear glass jars. You will also find friendly, professional and knowledgeable Pure employees who are consistent and helpful. They aren't inexpensive, but, you do get $.25 credit for every jar returned and a free joint when you return 3. They also have sales and first timer deals. I am very impressed and grateful for Pure. This is the way it should be.

WORST IN THE INDUSTRY.
The first thing you notice when you pull up is there is very little parking unless you park on the street. The 2nd thing you notice is that the place is an armed fortress swimming with wannabe cops. A complete turnoff to stoners. It looks like the DMV inside. Nasty, unwelcoming and chaotic. The weed looks good, but, it's not good. Harsh chemicals that hurt your throat when you inhale. I ended up grinding it up with some other stuff just to be able to smoke it. Really bad place if you're an experienced smoker. This place is really for tourists and lightweights. They don't have much to offer a professional stoner and the employees don't know anything about weed.

Good quality and pricing
I went to try out this dispensary after I saw their ad in Westword. It's a really nice building and they have plenty of parking. Right off the bat, I have to take issue with a dispensary this large only having one person working in the late morning. I waited quite a bit to be checked in and taken back.
The flowers were excellent - nice and frosty. They offer a nice deal for 1st time patients, including member pricing. Their member prices on edibles are excellent. I bought a lot of edibles. However, not everything I asked for was given to me (I wanted to buy some Incredibles, but they never made it to my bag). I didn't pay for them, so it's not that wasn't an issue, but, I was disappointed b/c I didn't get them at their great member pricing. Other than that, I was impressed with A Cut Above.

Unprofessional - false advertising
I saw on their Leafly menu that they offer "Super Shake" for $75/oz. I went there and waited a long time while the two employees waited on each person together at once. When it was my turn, I asked for the shake. I was told that they don't sell shake. I told them it was on their Leafly menu, and they still wouldn't honor it. In fact, he tried to sell me LEAF FOR $75/oz, which is outrageous. It must be a bait and switch tactic. They were not nice about it. It is so unprofessional to not honor your advertisements. This is another dispensary that doesn't know how to operate as a business.
DANK Colorado - Medical Use
Denver, ColoradoAs the owner of Dank I am glad that you let us know about your experience today. I'm very sorry that our menu was not accurate on Leafly. We have corrected the menu item. I assure you it was not our intention to bait and switch anyone, it was an honest mistake. We were not in stock with Shake today or we would have honored the mistake. Please feel free to email me at jonesdankllc@gmail.com if you have any other questions or concerns.
