There was no description given on the product that I ordered. It says it is a “handheld concentrate”. And then they do not tell you that it is actually a refill cartridge for a particular type of vape pen. I do not have that type of vape pen. And I would not have bought a refill cartridge for a pen that I don’t own, if it had been described as such. So I just spent 30 bucks on a little cartridge that I cannot use. It does not say it is a cartridge or a refill in the description and there’s no photo. And since there is no photo or description, the customer is left to guess at what they are buying. Now I’m stuck with a cartridge, not a handheld concentrate which one would think means a vape pen. And there’s no way for me to get my money back because I had to open the package to see what was inside. I have always given this dispensary high marks. But they just cost me 30 bucks.

I went in this dispensary last night & I tried to buy (2) 1/2g pre-rolls for seven dollars. I was even going to tip three dollars when she said they round up to $10. She swiped my card like 15 times, nada. Then she said, “oh it’s just our system doesn’t work. We have an ATM.” And I said “no, too much hassle. I’ll just leave.” Well then I get back to my hotel & got a fraud alert from my credit card company. These crooks had charged me $10. But I didn’t get anything. So I called their phone number & talked to a manager. She said “omg yes we have been having trouble with our System. Come on in whenever you can & we will make it right.” So I went in there today, the day after the original transaction, & the current manager, chubby girl with 8 nose rings, told me, “no, that’s not how we do things. We don’t have a lady mgr working last night.” So then I left empty handed, still out $10, & had to call my bank again, to dispute this transaction. Fraud alert, guys. Card reader scam.
