We are definitely going to look into this incident and see what was said, etc. When our visitors stop in, they should have nothing short of a top class experience. Whether that is waiting for a picking, or stopping in and browsing. As for the Covid experience, we do apologize about any inconvenience this may have caused. Hello, Bacco Farms is so sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasant experience here. We are asking for exact change, or as close as possible to exact change to limit a few things. First we would like to limit the interaction between our employees and patrons to keep both parties safe. Secondly we are also trying to limit the amount of times we go to the bank to also enforce the social distancing rule that our governor put out. Furthermore most banks have cut the amount of hours that they are open due to Covid19 which means we cannot go to the bank every time we need to go. As for boosting our sales during a world crisis we are doing no such thing. Our edible rule has been in effect since the middle of January which is well before the crisis of Covid19. The reason that they do not limit the amount of gas you buy is because there is not a shortage of it whereas there is a shortage of cartridges in Michigan. We told you about this rule when you called, it is also on our weedmaps, so in reality you knew about this deal and proceeded to partake in our deal. Most of our patients are thankful that we are asking for proper change so it limits the amount of interaction between people and surfaces that can be contaminated. We also told you your total before we came out and when you placed the order, so you knew before you even got here so you could have ample enough time to get the correct amount of change. On behalf of all of our budtenders, we would appreciate our patients cooperation in bringing as close as possible to exact change to help us enforce the social distancing rules so we can do our part to help stop the spread of this virus. It seems very silly and unprofessional to come to a place of business, buy the product that you knew you did not want, and then leave a bad review just because you were not happy. If you did not like the deal then there are other dispensaries in the area that are offering different deals on cartridges that you could have partook in rather than taking our deal and leaving us a poor review.

Chris. We care about our medical patients second to none. They have very little or no wait and enter quicker than any friend of rec. There is not necessarily a shortage of product but a shortage of licensed growers and that is why the prices are higher than we had hoped. But again, the medical side (which is one of three corners, none small) is less expensive. And currently on the medical side we have four times the edibles (or more) and double the vape choices. We truly care. We are getting in more medical strains this week and the prices for medical will continue to be less. But, I want you to be happy. Call Troy (I have tried since figuring out who you were and you are not answering the phone or calling me back).and we have a potential great surprise for you.
