2nd time I've left empty handed. The employees are great. But whoever sets the pricing cost you business. The menu showed you had a product in stock. You didn't. Asked about Oz prices on a strain. Was told it's BOGO $150. They won't sell one for $75. But theyll sell an eighth for 12.50. So instead of selling me 1 Oz for 75, I took my money elsewhere. The staff is great. The pricing is stupid.

For years I only shopped at Dispo. Over the last year, it seems like some don't care and take you for granted. The long time staff is great. But 3 out of the last 4 times between this location and the south location have been crap and the management at the south location made it to where I probably won't be back. But the won't honor deals they have listed. Got a crap reason here at north about that. Gave this location another shot. Ordered online. Got all the way home and realized the gave me the same strain but one on a lower shelf. Ordered something that was $20 a eighth. Was given the $8 an eighth stuff. The compensation was keeping the one I wouldnt never have bought. It probably cost me more then $8 to drive back and get what I paid for. Then stopped into the south location after months of avoiding dispo. They charged me for what I bought. Put some body rub in my bag and as I was walking out the girl told me that was she put in there didn't cost me anything because she used my points. Wtf. I never asked for that. Makes me wonder when the give you "free prerolls" if they really charge you. Their solution was give me back what they took from me

Best selection in area. Customer service, pricing and selection blows competitors away. Has become my go-to dispensary. I pass by quite a few to get here. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time anywhere else

This isn't a better staff around. RJ goes above and beyond. Wont be shopping anywhere else anymore

Dispo has a great selection and budtenders are top notch. That being said, I think it's garbage to post a deal that says $200 ounces buy one get one free. Drive over 20 miles one way. Ask about a strain that's $200 an ounce. Well that one isn't bogo. Why not no where in your ad does it say certain strains. I asked and was told "that's how they do it". So you post a deal, have people drive there and tell them no. Like I said the budtenders are great but I pass 20 other places to come to yours. Maybe it's time to find a dispensary that honors it's deals ✌️

Long story short had an issue on 2 visits ago. Well, the main reason why I've been a Dispo customer for 5+ years is they will make it right. Their staff is amazing. If I had any suggestion, it would be to make sure you take care of RJ and Barbie. They are the 2 main reasons I've been a loyal customer. RJ is spot on with recommendations, knows his product and goes above and beyond. Barbie also. She remembers the regulars, will grab your online order and gets you in and out. Whatever your paying them isn't enough.

From top to bottom dispo is #1 for selection, quality, price and most of all the staff! If I had any suggestion, I wish you had display jars of the bulk flower closer

Didn't have to scroll far on your menu to see this isn't the place for me. $75 eighths?!? What planet are you on lol. Good luck. If you can get it, more power to you. Unfortunately even with gas prices, you can drive 100 miles, pay for gas, get the same product and still save money then going here.

Wow. Called several months ago to verify a price. Receptionist verifies it. Drive 30 miles there. We'll I was told the wrong price. Manager was rude about and wouldn't honor the price. Then they told me that the receptionist doesn't know anything. Not my problem. Then the receptionist made a comment to me on the way out. Now I just ordered an ounce from them only to have them call me and tell me I'm not allowed in the shop. What a joke. Then to top it off the girl who called me to tell me I am not allowed in the store anymore, said the manager was in the wrong and should have honored price. What a sh!t show

Dispo has by far the best selection in the area. Although their med flower selection is nothing compared to the rec side, they take care of the extra tax every time. The staff is 2nd to none. I've said this before, but if there is any complaints about them, its they don't display flower up front. It would be nice to have a little jar up front to at least see. I feel bad asking budtenders to let me look at a bunch of different strains. Being able to look at them more closely would save time but either way I won't shop anywhere else

Your budtenders act like little punk drug dealers. You are running a business. They give you a tough sh!t take it or leave it attitude. When someone calls to verify a price and your incompetent staff gives them the wrong price, you should honor it. Not tell them oh well. A little business tip. You don't stay in business by people come once and never again. You stay in business by retaining valued customers. With all the options in Bay City and most carrying the same products, the thing that sets dispensaries apart is pricing and service. You failed at both

First of all, dispo is by far the best in the area. Products, bud tenders are all great. Reason for only 3 stars is due to my last visit. Again the staff is great but i wanted to check out some flower. My budtender had so much cologne on and on his hands that that is all i smelled. Got the 2 strains i was familiar with and gave up trying to find more I'd want. Again the budtender was nice and informative. Just don't wash your hands and bathe in cologne. UPDATE. Thanks for the response. You guys are the best around. And again budtender was helpful just hard to choose flower. Anyway changes review to a 5 star. See you soon

What a joke. Eliminate the med side. Who gave your business a start. Thanks for the insulting 10% off of overpriced carts. Even with a discount, carts are 40 to 45 a piece. Med shops have 5/$100. Also rec products aren't tested the same as med so now if I come to you i get stuff that isn't medically tested. Although it was easy to find out your true intentions. The min you went rec, you confined you med side to one little display case. Plenty of rec options and none on medical. Seems like a lot of bullsh!t going on with these places and the state. State gets more money. Dispensary charge more. Med patients get screwed. Kick rocks freddie

Wow. So we went to check it out for grand opening. My wife and I are both med patients. Unfortunately on our way I was looking at menu. First red flag was that you have a couple strains cheaper on the rec side then the med side. Then you have a strain OG Deluxe that is listed at $70 an eighth! Lol what a joke. Honest to god, there are 2 other dispensaries in Bay City that have the same strain for $50 an ounce. I'm sure it could be a typo but when some strains are cheaper on rec side, you've already lost me. As a med patient you pay fees and taxes for years only for it to become all about money. State gets more tax money. Dispensaries can charge more. Its kind of turned into a joke.

Not sure what else I can say about Dispo that I haven't already since first visiting the store over 3 years ago. They have the best products. The widest variety. Their pricing is best in town. And finally their staff. They are by far 2nd to none. From the receptionist, to the bud tenders, online orders, they are top notch. Do yourself a favor and stop in. You won't be disappointed. I never am!

This place has the best variety of products. Staff is great. Highly recommend checking them out. I have never had a problem with online orders from here. Always fast.
