I have been a long time patron of Rise in Silver Spring and was really disappointed with my last visit. I came in to return a faulty piece of equipment (for the second time in less than a week) and was met with a less than favorable outcome.The product died 48 hours after purchase and I wanted to ask if they could replace it or give credit towards another item. The supervisor did not do anything to “make it right”. He shot down the request to replace the malfunctioning item told me there was nothing he could do. He did not try to cross reference the point of sale or check history of the purchased item. He let me know it was against their policy to fix the situation. It’s against my “policy” to throw money in the trash but I was being asked to do just that. This new industry is regulated and the products sold are the same in this marketplace. I choose where I support solely based upon how I’m treated and the knowledge of the bud tenders behind the counter. Customer Service is everything and leaving the establishment feeling like you were take care is the deciding factor.Customer retention is definitely not a priority. Won’t return.

Consistency is the word that I would use to describe the customer service and product availability of this business. Jova continues to lead in a multitude of categories that all have to deal with the customer experience. Their bud tenders are knowledgeable, patient(no pun intended) helpful and gracious. I have been served by many team members but my last visit I had the opportunity to work with Nia. Another great addition to the team. Mia helped me with information pertaining to my order and had me in and out of the line in less than 5 minutes. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. Keep up the good work Jova. Everyone else in that area is in your rear view mirror. Continue to show them the way.

Jova Wellness is everything that you are looking for. This business has patient (no pun intended) and knowledgeable staff that is there to guide you on your journey. The bud tenders are extremely helpful and make you feel comfortable when you are choosing your selections. Steven is a gracious host and is always willing to provide a great recommendation. The selections and daily specials are SECOND TO NONE!! You are really missing out on this gem if you have not have a chance to visit.

Great customer service and quality selections. I was greeted by the attendant as I walked in and she checked me in as she welcomed me to Jova. Very polite and made me feel at home. I didn’t have a long wait as the bud tenders helped two patients in front of me. I got a chance to check out the layout of this dispensary and it has a modern feel with a great selection of products and daily specials. Louis was my bid tender and he was knowledgeable about the products and had great recommendations. I was definitely pleased. Prices are great and quality is A1. Continued Success to the staff and I will be referring anyone who will listen to give you all a visit.

Great location, staff and selection. Picked up a Verano Reserve cartridge plus a few strains of flower which are excellent from Liberty. Staff is A+. They really make you feel comfortable and are very enthusiastic about there products.

Liberty is definitely making a name for itself in the MD cannabis field. I have visited many of the dispensaries in the area and have noticed that Selection of product and competitive prices will drive the market. The industry is new and as the culture matures Liberty looks to be in line to stay around. Great Live Resin and concentrates.
