TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!! i've been several times and on MULTIPLE occasions i've overheard employees openly talking about customers buying certain products (astronauts, coastal sun) and making fun of them as soon as they leave. management aint better and are rude, unhelpful and condescending. basically they'll openly talk sh!t about you and your purchase as soon as you leave. absolutely no respect for me spending my money or others spending theirs

Went in on a visit to the city for a wedding and wanted to grab some high end stuff for the event. Unfortunately, they only had 2 out of the 6 items I added to my cart. Not sure what the PoS used in NY is, but they use LedgerGreen for payment, so I assume its similar to Metrc in my home state of Cali. They gotta get on top of their inventory management, really disappointing first visit to a legal NY dispensary. I get its in its infancy, but NY cannabis culture has a LONG way to catch up, and this visit just left a sour taste in my mouth.

Between this and Mountain Sage, Cannabiotix is my new go-to for any flower, especially sativas. Whitest buds I've ever seen and trenched in trichomes, with an amazing cerebral high that uplifts and motivates you throughout the day, perfect for an early afternoon smoke. Seriously doubt I'll ever try a CBX flower that I'll dislike, they don't miss!!!

I almost always get my stuff delivered from other delivery services seeing as how hectic DTLA traffic is, but I'll always make the 20 min drive to Traditional without hesitation. Great products, incredible prices, and the staff are the best. Hands down my favorite dispensary to go into in the area.
