This store should be how every dispensary should run. It is elegant. It is friendly, and the prices are great. Apple Store of Dispensaries! I’m from Chicago and was visiting for the US Open matches. Everyone at the shop was super nice and helpful.

Today was my first time going to this dispensary.. and it was everything I wanted, from the detailed menu, the kiosk that shows you the menu, to the great customer service.. Overall an amazing customer experience… I can’t wait to drop by again..

The travel agency has a budtender, Joe Davis aka The Dread, that has forgotten more knowledge about THC and flowers than most people will know in their lifetime. Not only will he find you what you need he'll introduce you to a few others that caters to your own tastes. I'm surprised he's not a supervisor! I see that man running his own Weed Empire in the near future. You go to the Union Square location, you ask for Joe, tell them I sent you.

Visited this location multiple times now, as a native NYer who’s gotten more than their fair share of canna products before the legal market; I can say this place truly offers a great variety of product & service. More variety than the average gal, pal or they honestly may need, however great for the curious mind. Staff is always super helpful & attentive & prices are better than the 🔌. Great spot for legal weed but why are you charging me 3.25 to use YOUR debit card machine. I can find atm for less than that. I have never paid a user fee to use a debit machine. Talk about a nickel and dime ripoff. What you cant afford your own readers?!?! Not coming back without cash.

they sell some good brands. and some bad brands. i got to exchange a defective item for free. super kind staff, i went on my birthday and they all got the whole store to sing happy birthday for me :)

I’ve bought edibles here twice, and it’s a good experience with good inventory. It’s overpriced tho. Seriously, it’s stupid how much 20 5mg gummies cost. I liked this place better than Dazed which had very meager inventor of edibles. I can’t speak about the quality of flower as haven’t bought any from here yet.

Line was long inside but was taken care of under 5 minutes and got everything I need thank you guys love the new layout for the store !! Love the music too good job

Living in Michigan we experienced high prices as soon as MI went rec. Don't worry New Yorkers prices will be 35/55percent cheaper once the cultivators really start producing n flood the supply. $50/$60 1/8th u can buy now for $20/$35 n $15 gm for moonrocks!

This was my first experience with NYC legal recreational flower. I had wanted to try banana Runtz and Gush mints from Florist Farms, so I bought an 1/8 of each. They had looked decent in the description photos. I was surely disappointed when I got home and scaled my flower, I had received only 3GS of the 3.5gs that the packaging was advertising in each container. On top of that the bud was dry, burned harsh, and had little resemblance to the photo. To the grower’s credit however it smelled good, the one good thing I can say about this flower. All in all this flower is NOT worth the $60 an 1/8. Aside from the flower, the staff was pleasant and helpful. Which is why I gave a star.

Went in on a visit to the city for a wedding and wanted to grab some high end stuff for the event. Unfortunately, they only had 2 out of the 6 items I added to my cart. Not sure what the PoS used in NY is, but they use LedgerGreen for payment, so I assume its similar to Metrc in my home state of Cali. They gotta get on top of their inventory management, really disappointing first visit to a legal NY dispensary. I get its in its infancy, but NY cannabis culture has a LONG way to catch up, and this visit just left a sour taste in my mouth.

So my 3 1/2 g turned out to only be 3 g. I saw the same complaint from somebody else who left a review here. This was after they sold me an empty jar before walking out. I had to show them there was no weed in the jar they sold me, thankfully they filled it half a gram short

Bought a 2oz bag of flower but when I weight it at home it was 52 grams. Before leaving this bad & honest review I reached out to them via email 3 times, called twice & even went back with my receipt. Their failure to care or try is why they will lost my business forever.

this place is a scam. it's a joke of a place bought a quarter and it comes with stems, seeds and big leave. this is not premium weed. My corner Bodega has a better deal, better price than this and they're not even a legit smoke shop that is so sad and disappointing for New York smokers.

Decided to delete my review of this scam shop cause I received a phone call from the Director of operations wanting to remedy the situation and find solution so I decided to go back and give it another try. Keep in mind I’ve spent way over $1000 my first week finding this shop as I’m new to NYC. I’ve tipped the staff 50$ everytimei picked an order up and have been a loyal customer. Literally the second I ask about why none of my rewards points were adding up or wanting to use them the staff turned extremely nasty especially a guy named Spank. I had to get in line and get out of line 3 different times just to ask for help and the staff just looked at me puzzled. I feel like such a clown for tipping the staff hundreds and felt super threatened by a man named Spank. Luckily I found Fluent Cannabis nearby that carries strains and brands Im familiar with like Alien Labs and Connected from California. . The Travel Agency is a tourist trap scam shop. Not for locals or returning customers .

I worked here as a Budtender and want to share my experience. At the start of the year, my hours were cut without notice, no conversation, no explanation. I ranked 3rd in Frequent Flyer signups (costing $99–$125 each), signed up 6 in a day, and even won the peer-voted Zone GOAT award. Still, I was overlooked for advancement. I requested interviews for supervisor and brand ambassador roles, but was either ignored or repeatedly pushed off. Turnover is high because people don’t feel seen or supported.
