I have spent a lot of money at silver sage for quite some time & have recommended many of my friends. But this past Friday, they ran a Labor Day Sale, sent out the text(including deal info-which stated if you buy one Airo pro .5 vape you got one free all weekend!) So I went online & placed my order & once they called to confirm my order they informed me they would not honor the BOGO on the AiroPro .5 gram vapes. I asked for the manager, then my bud tender said no manager until Tuesday cause of Labor Day. And really, NO MANAGER FOR 3 days & on a holiday weekend? After being a loyal customer for so long...I honestly thought they would do the right thing & simply was honor the advertisement they sent me!

I’ve been shopping at Nevada Made in Henderson for quite some time and have always loved the customer service-still do, but about a month ago things changed. I went to buy the Kabunky concentrates I always did n suddenly all the cheap Farm Direct products disappeared off the menu and my Kabunky product was packaged in the old Farm Direct containers and was of the same crappy quality! I used to look forward to shatterday, now I absolutely don’t shop there any more! I want to thank the hard working peeps that responded to my review. I can’t read anything you wrote after please, but your customer service is beyond reproach. Thanks for caring about your customers!
