Store customer service sucks I’ve been to way better locations and dispensary’s where they value their customers

I placed an online order around 8pm for some carts that were listed really low, I was skeptical but I went ahead and placed it. When I got there, the bud tender explained to me that the price was from the previous days promotion, but she decided to grant it anyway. Thought that was super cool. I’ve had similar experiences with top dispos around town, and they never chose to still sell at promo price. Carts ended up being really nice. Thanks wallflower!

*** I need to add more to my review bc I really feel these guys aren’t getting the traffic they deserve. I just ordered delivery and got it in less than an hour. They’ve actually never taken longer than 2 hours and I don’t live close by. The delivery only has a $50 minimum (which beats most dispensaries), and their drivers are super friendly. Another plus, they ALWAYS have a 7g special. Always happy to give them business.*** I really didn’t want to go here bc I had several bad experiences with the dispensary that was here before. This is now my second trip to this dispensary where I was in and out in 5 minutes. They’re budtenders know their stuff and their prices are super competitive. Give them a chance.

I was in a bad place when I first walked in I do not smoke much I had just lost my mother and came in to get some budd to help met this young man named Ben he made my day. He could tell something was wrong and talked with me awhile regarding my mother and how he lost his when he was 8. He really helped me with his kind words and advise and put me in a better frame just by talking and listening to me. Long story short he helped me get some bohemian brothers popcorn nuggs at the time. It helped a lot! really good for the price. Went back to see Ben and wanted to play a joke so I think I saw a young man named Zachary and asked to see Ben as if I was upset with him. He was on lunch he told me initially but I said get him out here he went to the back Ben came out and instantly remembered me and laughed saying I scared him he thought he was walking into a karen literally. Anyway I will keep coming back for this amazing service. Thanks wallflower and thanks Ben from the bottom of my heart.

Moved to Summerlin! They are still my Dispensary and by far the BEST!Great product selection, best price, best delivery, and best customer service. Never have too wait around half the day waiting on delivery, always super fast. Even when I call with crazy stoner questions they are always ready too help. ☺️🤣

Had interactions with Raven & Anna & both were so professional & pleasant!! Kudos to them. Flower is good & prices better. Usually have something for everyone. Also each purchase goes towards points & they add up so a good incentive. It's a good dispensary & they have it going the right way.

Seriously I cant write enough about this place. I just had one of their employees put down two dollars in his tips because he recommended the strain and he wanted me to try it ( It was dank( gelato glue by prime)). Listen I’ve been going to this place a few times and my honest review is that while not having the best flower. They make up for it with the cartridge specials and quality of concentrates in general. Even when not on sale it’s still a pretty decent price. Also the staff has always been super helpful and friendly. However I wish the check in process was a bit more orderly than a ticket system cause there isn’t a lot of space inside.

I found your place while driving by on my home last week. I figured I would give it a try. I second guessed myself until I met this guy named Ben. As we talked and laughed about a few things he told me his nickname was "Big Ticket". Oh really I thought and he proceeded to tell me he has written some great orders in the short time the store has been opened. I told him my concerns with what I like, dislike,etc. Ben patiently went through the menu and carefully explained the differences between products and strains. He was without question the most knowledgeable bud tender I have ever spoken to. I did NOT get a feeling like he was trying to spend my money but rather help me get the best product for my needs at the best price. Another surprise. With all that said I made my first purchase which will NOT be my last. Thank you Ben for everything. Oh and the product was spot on. See you on the next go around LA
