This OG variant leans more like a 60/40 Indica Dominant Hybrid with some of the heady-sativa effects from the sour diesel genetics kicking in initially before settling into a relaxing body buzz. Sweet gas, pine and burnt rubber on the exhale. The effects and taste are good but I smoke through glass and the burn was definitely off due to the nugs being too moist still. It seems like they rushed the dry to get it into jars in order to sell it quicker. I've been letting it air out and it helps but as a consumer, we shouldn't have to be doing that.

I always expect nothing less than superior quality if Josh D's name is on it. This was no exception. Great classic OG with the earthy diesel tones and intoxicating Indica effects.

Nice greenhouse flower with the faint maple & diesel terpenes. You can definitely tell that this is good organic greenhouse. I typically treat myself to top shelf/above top, but this isn't bad by any means especially if you consider that it's a fraction of the cost. The packaging is great and informative. The smoke is nice and clean. It's lacking in the taste department, but it checks in effects and bangs the buck.

It's gone downhill since debuting as a Black Box. Mild taste, mild effects and little-to-no lung expansion. If you want good OG from Maven, I suggest XXXOG and Vantablack.

Big fan of Maven, but that Yuzu Mac is not a good strain itself. I felt nothing with that. I was hoping the Pandora would save it in this cross but this is pretty weak as well. Those two are really the only strains I've disliked with Maven over the course of 5+ years and 50+ strains. Manadrin Gold, Cherry Gas, Tangie, Apple Frosting, Orange Julius , Blueberry Mac, Tropic Berry OG, Unami Butter, Sherb Mints, Vantablack and Sugarkiss were/are the go-to.

This bud has a nice Indica high but it's not offering much different than the Black Diamond.

I enjoy more of the exotics, but you can't go wrong with OG. The buds were fluffier than I'd like but they break down well in a grinder. Pretty potent. In the top 10 by Maven Genetics.

In terms of quality and consistency... this is way better than the Merry Berry OG. If you like their Medusa or Kush, you'lll dig these Bubba vibes.

this strain is spot on. some good OG funk on the nose and the gelato/biscotti genetics shines thru on the taste. good indica.

Big supporter of Maven Genetics. I've tried all of their strains but this was pretty weak. First smoke was decent but after that it offered little-to-nothing for me. The bud looked great though.

The Mac from the Grape Cuvee really shines through on this one and crossed with the Kush Mints 11 it has a sweet taste with strong hybrid effects.

The batch I got had some of the prettiest buds I've seen Maven grow. It produced nice relaxing hybrid effects with a sweet floral nose and taste.

Cantaloupe nose with a slight sour flower taste. What it lacks in flavor it makes up for in smooth smoke and strong effects.

Heavy sweet, pungent Gelato smell and taste on this one with potent indica-hybrid effects.

This is some funky weed. It smells like a sushi roll but has a light earthy-floral taste. The relaxing Dosido hybrid effects are present on this one but it lacking in the terp department.

Top quality kush with a vanilla crème coffee and slight citrus finish. This might be up there with their Blue Lotus as far as potency. Hats off.

Interesting herb. The blueberry skunk and tangie come together to form a smell that is similar to it's name but with stronger lime notes. The taste/exhale is similar with an earthy finish. Good mellow sativa hybrid, relaxing without the paranoia.

Fast acting relaxing sativa with a prominent cheesey orange smell and zesty orange soda taste from the orange crush genetics.

If you're charging high-dollar for cannabis...it better be fresh and have a phenomenal taste. Unfortunately, this was neither. There's better, cheaper bud out there. Carry on, son.
