We pride ourselves on great customer service. Each batch of flower comes in with different test results. Unfortunately the recent batches of flower we've been getting delivered haven't been testing as high. We hope in future deliveries, the terpene profiles will be testing a lot higher. byrdeyes32, Sorry to hear you've purchased some buds that "dusted". Nevada is defiantly a desert and it really does play a part in how our flower is presented. I can recommend hydro stones or if you want to go the about it a different way orange peals work great if you stick a piece in your products storage container. We are also open to having other employees help you if you are not happy with someone's verbiage or personality since everyone is unique in their own way.
