Theres 4 security outside. 2 on each side of the building. Theres 3 more inside. Then theres like managers and cashiers all around. A door greeter. And a crosswalk guard to walk you across the street. I see you got a new building. But jeez u look suspicious as heck with all these people everywhere. Also your menu did not match at all.

They dont really have whats on their menu. This is the second time ive driven here and they not have whats on their menu. Waste of a club. F this place u deserve no stars

Security looks at you like they hate you and their job. Then i go in first time. Store layout is the dumbest thing on this planet for 1 everything is out for you to steal. Stupidest thing ever. Why not put behind glass? Also they have no physical menu. So you have to walk around like its target and look for the strain you like oppose to looking at a physical menu and then looking at it. This honestly makes no sense. Atleast all the flower and concentrates should be condesnsed for view or have a physical menu. How lazy can you be just walk around and write down what you guys have on a piece of paper. BOOM! Now you have an online and store menu. I feel like a manager already. The layout is cool but why the need to force people to shop like its target. I know in my head what strain i like. On top of that your security is so dam rude. Both extremely rude going in and coming out for no reason. I got a g of rosin for 86 dollars. Why is ur security so pissy their job is so easy. Brainless thuggery. Now you have a line all the way around the block because people think its target. Also fake menu. Pkus the wax i got was a year old. No shame in your game huh?

I came in at 9:45 and was told to hurry up because they were gonna close. I know that thats why i came at 9:45. Like its only 10 hold ur horses

They had all buds visible and they had a visible cash tier. All the items on the menu they had. Which is a fantastic thing. Picked up some cream puffs. Space boots. And pink cookies. Also the attendant was really nice and a good knowledgeable bud tender. All i suggest is that you ramp up the size of that tiny room u can only have what 2 budtenders at most

great place i can tell these guys are trying to be different. but i was really confused when it came to pricing. the prices u have on the box dont match. good price. 12.33 for half grams of flavor shatter. one box said 15 and the other 7 but charge 12.33 for each. kept asking the guy what was up. all is cool tho got thru it was just high as fck n confused lol 😆 cheers

At first they never texted back. 1 week later i try again. It works. They are now 40 minutes late and just informed me they dont have 2 of the products i ordered. Very unprofessional. Dude on the phone tryna get me to switch it to something else. I would have never ordered knowing it would take this long and they wouldnt have my items. I feel like i just got scammed

Number 1 in the bay area. Haha what a joke. This place took over 4 hours to deliver 10 grams and it wasnt the best and when i pay much i expect the best. 4 hours way too long to order. Coulda been at work making money not wasting it. Tryed for a refund they wouldnt return my calls. And i had to wait over 4 hours after getting a 1-2 hour confirmation
