I do know that the carts now use a quartz heating element that allows them to work on any 510 thread battery. Fli always stands behind their product. Dear Reviewer, Please accept my sincere apologies that you were not satisfied with your wax. We have been refining our wax making process as of late, and we have figured out a satisfactory method for getting the color and consistency our patients will be very happy with. We have also hired a new extract maker a few days ago and he is doing a wonderful job. You may have gotten one of the batch before this new one, which came out a bit darker and glassier than we expected. Some patients prefer the glassier, shatter-like texture, and others prefer the lighter, more cake-like wax. The new batch is very light in color and has a more crumbly, fluffy texture. We would like to send you away 100% happier the next time, so if you would like to come in and get a free sample of our new wax please feel free to do so. Just let the bud tender know that you are picking up an authorized free sample of the new wax.
