RISE didn’t knock it out of the pro but I’ll give credit where credit is due. They were there and gave a great experience. Don’t be afraid to save before you come it’s pricey! If you make a mistake own it. Don’t blame the customer. Management 101. The employees were AMAZING, kind and very helpful. The manager was not someone I’d have representing my business. I hope he treats his employees better than his customers. I had 2 orders and one was left behind by accident by my bud tender, human error, no worries. The manager handling it was very accusatory and rude. I might shop elsewhere and this is my favorite place so that sucks. Chill out dude. Not everyone is trying to get something for nothing.
