Friendly and Fast
The budtenders here are awesome. They're quick, knowledgeable, and polite! The rewards program is pretty sweet too.

They have a very good selection, of everything. The guy who helped me the first time was very concerned that I get the product for the experience I wanted and made sure I understood what I was getting. On my second visit the girl who helped me was very nice and made sure I had a pleasant experience. All around great staff and service.

Twice I have visited ZEN. Both times ZEN did not have the product advertised on WEEDMAPS. Both times I was informed that they did not put the advertised product in WEEDMAPS ZEN menu. Simple scam, advertise cheap then say we don't have or will not honor the listed prices. Time to find another dispensary. Nice location and building. All the employees were very nice. 2 stars for problematic adverts. I don't visit to tour the Taj Mahal or enjoy good company, I COME FOR THE POT. Back to Michigan I go!

Unfortunately we found This huge cancerous cannabis Community in Charleston, IL . The Store’s “fronting as a dispensary “ displays offer no eye pleasing views of the flower or even labels providing information to what’s available behind the glass walls and high shelves of random boxes and jars you are not allowed to touch, smell, or even see the product until after purchase and there is a long list of requirements for any refunds or exchanges via their website and email. Staff at the glass wall taking your money will insure to insult your very core by attempting to out smart your requested strain type and effect by recommending what “gets them high”. So our staff member “ not a bud tender “ is scrolling through the iPad showing us pictures of not the bud……..but the packaging.The staff member LAURA with no laurels proved she was placing our purchase in a paper bag with the receipt and ensured to staple it, then proceeded to follow us out of the building not wearing a mask as though we wouldn’t recognize her. We have to accept all or at least light up and enjoy because the darkness is diminished by the Dankiest, so says the Cali Boyz

Do not waste your time or money at this location
I have shopped at this location over 20 times. 99% of the time having major issues. Staff is uneducated about products and are lazy when checking the products out. On multiple occasions have had products missing, damaged and completely faulty vapes. Management staff will not follow up or resolve issues on any level and are incompetent. On multiple occasions have had products missing, damaged and completely faulty vapes. There are too many other dispensaries within a 45 min drive to be wasting time and money with this one.
