One of my favorite parts of visiting Delta is warm and helpful service. Today was not that. The person who helped me, Jacob was his name, was not very helpful and really did not seem like they felt like working today. I had a pickup order, which is always cool but he didn’t even take a minute to look at my rewards points and just hurried me out the door. I was 1/3 other people, so I don’t think it was a customer flow issue but I’m no expert. Just want to give a heads up, y’all got some negative energy floating around and it’s noticeable.
