Yesterday, September 12, I stopped at One Planet for the first time. I live in Carpinteria, and I normally go to dispensaries in Ventura, so I decided to try something new since I was already at Home Depot and wanted to grab a few things for our drive home while we waited in traffic. First, a shout-out to the security guy. I didn’t catch his name, but he was really chill, welcoming, and friendly. Honestly, he provided more customer service than the employees inside. There were five employees and only one customer — me. I asked a few questions, and I was basically left standing there with no customer service or effort to help me. It honestly felt like they didn’t want my business. I also didn’t have cash or my physical debit card with me. I was planning to pay with my phone, like I normally do.
