Amazing Budtender and Customer Service

This was my first visit to Embarc Ventura and I must say the Budtender Kelvin was amazing! I suffer from severe body aches other ailments and needed some kind of relief. I had no clue to the complexity and variety of forms to medicate before meeting The Budtender Kelvin at Embarc. Not only is he knowledgeable in products, but what really impressed me was his personality and scientific knowledge. Sativa, Indica, is all I knew. Good and so...so...

Ok guys Lets se what I see.. As you walk into the FIRST Dispensary in the City of Ventura...WOW!! It feels fresh open and inviting. The people are Friendly and still learning, but are great in their service non the less! I'v NEVER had to wait, Which some of us with Disabilities find a BIG PAIN unless there is sitting provided. The Prices are Compepitve and for the First Dipensary are great! Parking can get Dicy at times but I have never had to hunt for a space and everyone seem to get along( As the Cannabis Community Does.). For this part of the County Embarc is a Welcome site for us that dread that LONG......drive to P.H. or OX. for a selection of any kind. Ok! here is the CON: GUY! Gotta work on your On -Line orders Process.. You have a great Idea for the Drop in Window that is no waiting BUT!!! The times I have ordered on line and Dropped in when ready, just to find out I may as wel hve sent my order to the Planet of Mars! 3 times it was a big "HUH" What did you order?".

Cool place but Moldy weed

I was sold a few bags of American Weed co. on 10/12/23 and it was infested with white powder mold, not smokeable poison bud needs to be removed from the shelf. Pls check it out and remove it for the next guy. Place was nice and service was cool, but the referral on the brand was horrible.

All the display cases are full of edibles n junk prerolls while the concentrates have no display case you have to ask to see them while shuffling over people in the checkout line.

Customer Service Lacking

I am a MMJ patient with a disability and medical conditions. Months back I brought back some defective cartridges and was given one product as a swap. It was a promotional cartridge given by the company. It wasn’t even the correct strain for me, but I didn’t complain because I just wanted to bring attention to defective products. Today I brought back another defective cartridge and was questioned to the nth degree because I had brought back the cartridge months ago and told they can’t keep doing this. It is well known knowledge in the marijuana industry that cartridges are defective at times. I won’t be coming back.
