I left a review here on July 5.  You replied telling me you "wanted to make it right" and encouraged me to send an email to info@gardenremedies.org.   I sent an email. After I didn't get a reply, I sent another email.  The silence was deafening.  I still had some credits from you so I made an appointment exactly one week ago today. I used up my credits and explained to the budtender my frustrations as well as why that was my last visit.   I even left him my name, email and username here on weedmaps.  I asked why nobody responded.   He was as surprised as me.  He assured me that he would bring it to your attention.   I still haven't received an official reply.  Well, talk is cheap and actions speak louder than words.  You talk the talk but don't walk the walk.   I talk the talk and I do walk the walk.  I'm walking away. For good. 

Now, they require at least 3 hours before you can make an appointment. They went from first to WORST. No parking, no debit cards, no shoes, no service. I'M DONE with this terrible place

I've been coming here for a few months now. Their flower and vape cartridges are excellent. I also like their weekly specials. The staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable. The only negative thing is not their fault, but driving in Davis Square can be daunting and finding a parking space is definitely challenging, but that still hasn't stopped me from going there!

I gave them a 5 star review a few weeks back. However, closing unexpectedly for 2 successive days for "employee training"; then requiring appointments only; then no more debit cards, plus the lack of parking on very busy Washington St. makes this very inconvenient for this patient. I can't reliably make an appt given the heavy traffic and the fact that I don't live close by. It's too bad because this had become one of my favorites, but no more.

Update - because of their ridiculous appointment policy requiring at least 3 hours before you can request a time, to the terrible location with NO parking, they barely deserve 1 star. I don't have time to find about every daily rule change they decide to implement without warning.

First, I live just west of Boston and there are easily a half dozen dispensaries near me and I've visited most of them. While driving back to Boston from visiting family in NY State, I visited 4 dispensaries in Western MA. My visit here clearly left an impression on me. First, the place is huge and their flower selection was impressive. Lisa was my budtender and I never felt rushed or judged. I'm used to the get in, get out atmosphere of Boston dispensaries because they're so busy and I knew exactly what I wanted before I walked in the door. I ended up buying more medicine than I intended, even though there was no sales pressure. That's how good a job Lisa did! I hope Insa opens a dispensary near Boston some day! I will definitely come back, the next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend this dispensary! It was the best dispensary experience in MA for me and I've visited almost a dozen dispensaries!
