First, I live just west of Boston and there are easily a half dozen dispensaries near me and I've visited most of them. While driving back to Boston from visiting family in NY State, I visited 4 dispensaries in Western MA. My visit here clearly left an impression on me. First, the place is huge and their flower selection was impressive. Lisa was my budtender and I never felt rushed or judged. I'm used to the get in, get out atmosphere of Boston dispensaries because they're so busy and I knew exactly what I wanted before I walked in the door. I ended up buying more medicine than I intended, even though there was no sales pressure. That's how good a job Lisa did! I hope Insa opens a dispensary near Boston some day! I will definitely come back, the next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend this dispensary! It was the best dispensary experience in MA for me and I've visited almost a dozen dispensaries!

This place has been pretty good. NETA up the road in Northhmapton is also nice, but INSA lets me get a quarter ounce of flower. NETA only lets me get an eighth. Both places are great, but INSA has had slightly better flower so far (and it helps that I get to try twice as many). The best flowers have been Apollo 11 and Triangle Kush. For flavor, which is what I'm looking for, these have been amazing. The Triangle Kush almost gave me a jittery high, it was so strong, which I like sometimes. Apollo 11 was a calmer high. I can't wait until the prices come down. Prices in Colorado at the moment are about one third of the prices in Massachusetts. I saw someone mention the Blue Cookies weren't good, and I can confirm that it was a disappointing 1/8th.

They are nice people and it was really strange gettin a receipt for my flower or oil. Awesome people awesome experience.

Now that recreational is open at INSA, as a medical patient I have seen no changes to the top-notch service and quality product in stock when I visit. Unlike a nearby recreational facility, I am still treated with dignity and priority, because this IS my medicine. I am still greeted and welcomed to the facility. A brand new express pick-up counter, designated line and counter with checkout just for patients makes visits as simple as when they were only medical. INSA has handled becoming a recreational/medical dispensary with such finesse and class. The grounds remain clean and presentable, accommodating for both rec user and patient. Thank you for remaining dedicated, pleasant, professional and an all-needs-met facility. You are MY medical dispensary.

We took a bus 4 hours to experience legal recreational cannabis and NETA is the perfect place to start. They do have limitations on a good majority of their products. Their pre rolls are 10x better than pre rolls that I’ve tried from Las Vegas and Denver. Some of their flowers can be a bit dry. However, the Blackwater OG is so fire and sticky. I wish I didn’t grab the last 8th

I’m interested in coming up there from ny but there’s no menu I’m not driving all the way there not knowing what you have. That’s along drive previous dispensary only served some crap amount definetly was good but I walk away with not enough to make it worth the trip 8th is all I could get unless I wanted to play revolving doors in and out which could add up being a 8th is 55 bucks I want to come pick what I like and buy a ounce but I need to know what you have

I picked up a 1g cartridge of clementine a few months ago and am just about finished with it. All in all very pleasant experience both visiting and and with the product. I did experience a little bit of leakage out of the mouthpiece but I don’t believe it shortened the life of the product or took away at all aside from having to wipe it off once in a while. I’m sure some of this is also from user error, but overall very happy. I’ll definitely be back!

I love this place!

Love this Insa location. The lines are quick, the products and their descriptions are top quality and easy to understand. Both times I’ve been here, I’ve been helped by Kwame. He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and has made both experiences easy and quick! I do wish vegan chocolates were available more consistently, as I have a dairy allergy but really prefer that delivery method for sleepless and painful nights. Hoping the edible limits will be updated soon and that more topicals will eventually be added. Thank you 🙏🏼 🙏🏼
