1-Star Review – Disappointing Customer Service My first visit to Toasty was great, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, my second experience on 03/31/26 around 3:00 PM was completely different. I placed a simple online order at 2:35 PM for three pre-rolls and arrived about 20 minutes later. I understand orders can take 30–60 minutes, but when I walked in, I politely explained my situation, had exact cash ready, and even pointed to the exact items on the shelf. The employee didn’t check my order or try to help—he immediately told me to stand in the regular line. No effort, no flexibility, no customer service. I asked security if I could speak to a manager, and he responded dismissively, just repeating the wait time with an aggressive tone. This was the complete opposite of my first visit, where staff were helpful and welcoming. It’s not about the money—it’s about the experience. I felt dismissed and treated like an inconvenience. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this
