Despite saying open, I put in two orders and called. NOTHING. Seems they are not open despite posting open

Didn't bother to inform customers Credit cards not working so my ADA self got on bus to pick up order with no warning from BPG no CC yet get all the way there to be told system not working. No respect for customers at all. They could of easily posted, sent out text etc but no. No respect or professionalism or understand some customers maybe ADA and it is a pain to get order in first place to not be able to get because BPG has no respect despite all the fake stuff they put on website. Why not send out text etc?

I guess I'm headed to Berkeley paitent group cause CBCB take like hour to fill order compare to like 5 mins at bpg. 1.5hours later order filled. You can get delivery faster or pick up from any other dispens in berk or Oakland people weren't wrong CBCB has fallen off over the years.

After waiting 3 hours for delivery got some poor quality weed broken down one bud and there was 11 seeds. No wonder so cheap. Stay away at all costs from the jack frost bud was normal size so to have 11 seeds in just one is crazy!!! Haha obviously not the only one check out other reviews. Smoakland be hella shady!!!! And they know it!!!

Nate was awesome feel bad that he works for such a wishy washy company apparently now they are collect the change lol i have no problem gi_ giving them 72cents in ALL pennies which legally they have to accept any tender yay for pennies ..also delivery even though stated on website " deliver in hour!" most of time deliveries are over an hour hence why the send texts saying delivery 60-75mins again not consistant love collecting new data_________________________ Basically gave a 5 hour notice for pre- order to be delivered at 9pm smoakland said it would be around 8-9 i told them after 830 is great between 830/9pm perfect! smoakland said " of course "...and " yes we can :)" great easy stuff. 840pm comes around i tell smoakland thanks thinking order would be here in 20 mins as i preordered for 830-9.. huge mistake was told ETA would be 45-60 mins even though preorder is for 9pm and this is at 840pm, which means order can take as long as 945pm eve though i was confirmed for 830/9pm delivery, so i had to sit around for my 9pm preorder for about an hour+ even though it

SO all in all MARIA carries this company basically she is so amazing, at this point she is the only person i trust and will order through at smoakland. She is so on point. If it werent for maria i would never order from smoakland again. but she brings professionalism respect and consistency to smoakland, that without her they would epically fail, they need to give her a raise and make her top employee

Not sure wahts going on with smoakland but the shake seems to varysometimes you get shake sometimes you get bud and each time its different amounts. just got order put t in my ounce jar and it only fills it about a little under a half which means the ounce is actually 14gs. I guess im going to have to not only double check product but start using scale before driver leaves to make sure i get what i pay for. AGAIN CHECK YOUR STUFF WEIGHT ETC as smoakland is not accurate. ___________________________________________________ Update: not sure whats different this week but Maria(i think this was her name) and Paulo fixed the problem had with order ASAP and even redelivered after this experience, id say they ave best customer service of any dispense ive used, i hope they can keep this up so far they have the best prices of any dispens no doubt. ETA's are a little longer than stated but when you consider traffic in bay....it was way easier to just order rather than pre-order(they are still working out kinks) keep it up smoakland ___________________________________________________________ what a joke dont pre-order so last time i pre-ordered they were having issues online so was told to pre-order t through text, i texted at 3am for order to be delivered ASAP when open. by 930 i hadnt received ETA so i followed up SML said they never received order even though i have tangible proof ie text message.....fine, so put it in again. from the first order to second order it took around 2 hours to get delivery because sml f'd up(def nt hourly delivery). if you all dont have the half wits to properly do pre-orders why do them at all? def not deserving of any award through EB express. I kind of hope they disqualify them because of issues like this( i could of picked up in person at 9am at another disp). how can you strive for an award when you all cant even accurately fill pre-orders(which you all boast/ promote about)? I will post pics of texts etc...they didnt even apologize or try to get me my order faster. w hen i told them they needed to fix system no response....SML doesnt care. also they are still doing very illegal practice of rounding price up because they dont give change.....confirmed by driver sometimes they will round up sometimes they will round down....yet no other place CBCB BPG PCC.... i know rounds especially by say .25, legal to round by pennies not legal to round up to next dollar. each time i order total seems to be a little different. NEVER experienced this with other disp. also how is it most other disp can have proper labelling for shake etc yet smoakland you realy dont know what your getting when it cames to shake they call it premium but this batch looked so mediocre i regret buying from smoakland wish i jsut went to CBCB pricier but at least things have properly labels you know what your getting
