Really old crispy flower

Brenda needs better customer service training, my visit here was horrible to say the least rushed service,

go somewhere else trust you'll be waiting for 3 plus hrs

It would be very much appreciated if you could train this person with the proper protocol, I am a returning customer and am very disappointed in the service I received today by jay. He was very hesitant on giving his name for my review.. ( also People have busy schedules during the day to have to go in circles with making a simple order)

I am normally greeted by other drivers I've used in the past from different dispensaries

I got the gelonade & had no issues @ all...

I called & spoke with rude Victoria to tell her that I found a seed in my 8th white Runts cookie pack & was told that It's not on cookies at all!? & If I wanted to speak with a manager it was a long wait. crazy service here! Very inexperienced in customer service,Victoria even said I am one of the lucky customers to get a seed.. like what who wants to smoke seeds!! Really? after I spent over $160 dollars for 2 eights. also the flower seemed very dry with no nose really & I have had this strain of white runts from Greenthumb so I kno the quality, I will never purchase a top shelf 8th again where I can't see thru the jar! Just to be disappointing when opened... I was shockingly disappointed in Cookies being that I use to go there all the time. they definitely could use some new management that has a system for returning customers with issues like these.. BERNER NEEDS TO HAVE A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SAC FOR SURE.. DAM BERN GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE!! ADRIAN.R
