Placed an order and never arrived didn’t get any message about my order it just said that my order was completed but never arrived

Bad experience I ordered delivery for the first time with them with plenty of time before they closed and they decide to respond back to me till the very end after waiting so long that they canceled my order with The dumbest reason that my Id was not right when I’ve ordered from plenty other dispensaries and has worked they don’t even bother trying to compensate you with a discount For their mistake like other dispensaries have offered me when they have had to cancel my order. Bad experience I’ve had with this dispensary And won’t be ordering from them again. I would give no stars if I could
