Another disappointed experience

I have this company the opportunity to right the wrongs with my orders. My very first delivery was made at 1130pm, to be fair it was 420. 1 Item was missing a $6 brownie. The driver called when we discovered the mistake. The CSO said that they would deliver the item next day and give me a discount for the inconveniences. I was going out of town the next day so that didn't work for me, however, I did order from them upon my return. First of all I had already paid for the brownie and all taxes. The customer service op wasn't very knowledgeable on the administrator duties. The CSO had given me a $15 credit for the inconveniences, then took the amount for the brownie and the tax out of the discount leaving me a $7 discount instead of the $15. It took me longer then it should have to get the CSO to understand their mistake. I had to settle for $14.97 discount they couldn't do the correct amount.

Don’t order from here. Poor communication, false advertised deals, misleading location, dishonest delivery times, wouldn’t cancel the order but instead lied and said they delivered it. Said up to 90 minutes but instead took 3 1/2hrs to text and say the order was delayed because of a mistake. Then said it’ll be an additional 90 minutes. All of this at 9:30pm. Which means the order would have arrived around 11pm. I placed the order at 6pm. This place is shady and too good to be true.

I placed an order and did not receive it, nor was there any text message sent to me regarding the order. I just got an email saying my order had been delivered and that was that. The driver never came. They just marked it as delivered anyway.

I didn't get my delivery until 1130pm. In the city of Menlo Park no deliveries after 10pm. Then there was items missing from my delivery. I was told to contact customer service to have them bring me the missing items. I have yet to do this. To honest I would prefer my money back, because I don't plan on ever giving this company anymore of my money.

I would like to say that my experience here was not that good. I purchased what I thought was going to be a good deal for a 1/2 oz of GG4 but it honestly was something that I wouldn’t think a dispensary would sell. Especially with the name Top Shelf express! It was terrible it looked and tasted like trimming off the plant. Never again..sorry!

If your new here, dont bother reading any of these entitled peoples reviews. They wouldn't know good service if it was giving them a reach around. First off AMAZING customer service, especially since you never actually have a face to face purchase. They once sent me two pre rolls instead of what I actually ordered, so I gave them a call and they no hassle sent over another driver and swapped out the mistake. Being completely polite and apologetic because of how busy they were. I love, love, loooooove there selection of edibles. And the fact that they deliver until 2 AM!!! Thats nucking futs!!! So do yourself a favour and ignore the negativity stemming from the entitlement of the bay area. Its why im moving...... but enough about me lmao. Go get high and pay kindness forward <3

I ordered a Kushie wax cartridge that seemed to be refilled with flavored vape juice instead of cannabis oil. When I told them about this, even though they had never heard this complaint before, immediately sent another delivery person out to replace my cartridge and said they would alert the vendor about the one I returned. The replacement cartridge was great quality!
