Understand that it's an outlet but I don't understand leaving your concentrates out at room temperature.

I don't mind tipping if a budtender does a good job but when I walk up and the first thing I hear is "We don't split our tips" by a budtender who was exposing a little too much of her chest trying to play me like I'm only there to see the females.

Excellent experience..bud tenders actually knew what they were talking about and let me take my time to get everything I wanted. Will definitely be back.

Pre-ordered the night before drove 3 hours to get my order and was anticipating a long wait time due to New Years and for at least a couple of the things that i wanted to be out of stock. And I can't even lie when I pulled up there was no s*** probably 400 people in the lobby and outside and I almost walked away but I decided to go in. And to my surprise my order was ready in full and the line for pre order literally had 2 people in front of me and I was out of there in 15 mins. All the Flower surpassed my expectations I got a free pre roll 10 percent off and the fact they have a bud bar is definitely a major plus. I Definitely will be shopping here on the regular.
