What should have been an hour and a half maximum delivery time took about 3 and 1/2 hours. When the delivery driver gets here he wants me to scan a QR code and or do Google pay, which I don't have. I was offering my debit card which is what I informed them when I placed the order. So I canceled the order. Very poor service. Maybe that's why their prices are so low. But lesson learned, never again to order from them. If you have to pay more for delivery with another company it's possibly going to be better service. You're better off ordering somewhere else.

Overall, just a great experience. Fast and friendly.

I'm recovering from surgery. I use cannabis for medication. I cannot use narcotics, so I use cannabis. I ordered at 8:36 PM, I received my confirmation for delivery. Then at 9:57 PM, I'm told that my order was canceled. When I call in, they said that they didn't have enough drivers. I find that very disrespectful. I think I've spent about $700 after reviewing my receipts, in the last five months that I've been ordering from them. I order a lot of edibles for my household, it's several of us who use cannabis for pain. It just sucks to be left with no choice, when all the other businesses are closed at that time. Just wrong. I have switched to another service. They can't do that to people.
