Products were amazing, got a great deal. The order did take awhile from when I placed it. I had put my instructions to my condo on the app and when I got the initial text that he was going to be my driver. I also sent it to him so there’s no confusion. This man was ignoring every single one of my text about the instructions. He kept telling me he was outside. I literally just had surgery and I’m only two weeks out and I wanted this specifically to help with the pain. He said he can’t come to the door but didn’t tell me that until I had asked him for the 10th time to deliver to the door. He said that his manager says he can’t come up to the door so then my boyfriend came downstairs to meet him while he was working and the whole thing was so creepy he rolled the window down like maybe not even an inch and the guy passed the bag over and it was just the strangest thing. I honestly don’t know if I would use this app again
