Check your items especially carts and all in one's

First time and I didn't even receive all of what I purchased... Not looking good on first impressions.

No where near the best place to purchase cannabis, always over priced, always long wait times, always disappoints. Do not go here, worst services in all of SJC.

39% Tax... WTF! First time coming here was great, came back another time with a friend everything was great, came back a third time... was very disappointed!! Definitely not coming back, the sales rep was too high, unorganized and not top notch. I'll only consider coming back if the Taxes reflect Modesto's, and the staff starts behaving like a storefront salesman.

after coming here for 2 years now I can truly say they haven't impressed me at all. Never are they priced competitively with other in town store's or willing to work with the customer. Why would I come back to Zen if it's no where near as helpful to finding reliable and fair priced product. I recommend they re-do their prices and be more competitive with Packs or Vibe. Oh and another frustrating thing at Zen is the point system.. coming here for 2 year's.. how do I only have 4,000 points?

Loved that it wasn't busy, they had a great selection of products and the staff was very helpful with discount promos as well as being exceptionally friendly.

Decided hey I'll skip the line today and order express, mistake. The pricing system is about 10-14% off from the actual in-store menu. It clearly says 22.50 for .5 gram for Bloom carts on the Weedmaps Ordering system, yet in store it was marked up $5 and taxed... WTF?!? Fix Ya Damn Prices!!

First time walking in I was greeted with nothing but friendly staff. Filled out the application and went inside. Hardly ever a long line, and very knowledgeable staff. Look forward to visiting soon.
