update: The Assistant Manager here reached out to me, and explained the misunderstanding. I do think they genuinely care and worked to correct my issue, which I now do believe was a honest mistake due to being a new business. Nice place and they do seem to have great products always on their menu, great location, easy parking right in front or right around corner. Great cookie/bakery shop next door so another reason to go to this place. The people at checkout have always been cool and friendly, seem knowledgeable. Give them a shot. Liked this place my first couple trips, however they recently sold me a defective vape pen, I filled out their forms, sent them the necessary video, no response. Ended up emailing the manufacturer and they got back to me in less than 2 hours saying they contacted the dispensary and took care of it. Went in to get my replacement, was met with difficulty from employee who wouldn’t listen, she kept stating loudly “we don’t do exchanges here, we don’t do exchanges or returns here”. Finally she realized that im telling her I have a email from manufacture she finally understood.

Nice place, fast service, no wait for me. Had the popular product I came for, they have a rewards program, not the most generous one I’ve seen, but they do appear to offer great daily specials. Will be back! By the way, Scott was my cashier/bud tender and he was a nice guy, very helpful. Thanks Scott!

Been here multiple times, every time is flawless. Menu has always been accurate, service is fast and friendly. Great selections. Nice rewards program. Highly recommend.
