Named after the iconic vampire hunter, the Van Helsing strain is an indica-dominant hybrid bred (fittingly) by Secret Society Co. This strain combines genetics from two certified indica-heavy monster strains – GMO and Purple Punch. These genetics and elevated levels of caryophyllene, humulene, and pinene terpenes give Van Helsing a heavy diesel scent with traces of spice and overripe grapes. This scent pairs well with Van Helsing's pungent fuel and earthy pine flavor profile. Users report that Van Helsing provides a slow-burning sedative and euphoric high – the perfect partner for late-night activities, like playing video games or watching a scary movie. Be wary, though, as sleepiness may sneak up on you later in the session. Users also warn that Van Helsing sports high levels of THC and may be too potent for new cannabis users.
