Shortbread

Shortbread is an indica-dominant hybrid that's been developed through at least three separate crosses:

Origin 1: Shortbread by Second Generation Genetics

First up is Shortbread, a hybrid by JD Short with Second Generation Genetics that is a complicated genetic mash-up of Lambsbread and Sour Diesel with Blueberry (F4). In Short's own words, this indica-leaning strain is "reminiscent of sipping a mojito on a beach," but beyond this dreamy detail, little else has been reported about the profile, effects, or flower.

Origin 2: Shortbread by Cresco Labs

The next version of Shortbread comes from Cresco Labs as a cross between Animal Mintz and a Rabid Hippie cut of Kush Mintz. The Cresco Shortbread tends to lean toward sativa tendencies with happy, euphoric, and giggly effects. If the reports are anything to go by, you can expect an especially tart and lemon flavor, thanks to the main terps, including caryophyllene, limonene, and linalool.

Origin 3: Shortbread by Unicorn Boys Genetics Finally, the lesser-known version of the Shortbread strain is a Naranja Biscotti and Highland Gorilla cross released in 2022 from Unicorn Boys Genetics, a UK-based breeder. Little, if any, information is available about this strain.
