Russian Snow is a sativa-dominant cross between two iconic cannabis strains, AK-49 and White Widow, although some sources list this strain as a specific phenotype of White Russian, which is a cross of AK-47 and White Widow.

Russian Snow was first bred by Vision Seeds, who also bred AK-49. The aroma of this strain is complex, led by notes of spice and earth with a hint of fuel in the afternote. Russian Snow has bright green nugs with thin, amber-colored hairs and a layer of trichomes so thick it looks like freshly fallen snow.
